It is used in manifestation work, gently bringing balance and harmony to our energy bodies. It symbolises wisdom and helps us to learn from our life experiences, making us stronger and wiser. Mother of Pearl also imbues a sense of inner confidence.

To work out your perfect fit:
If you have a tailor's tape measure, wrap it around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit and then tighten or loosen it to get your desired fit. Mark the size and pick a bracelet size to match.
Alternatively, you could use a piece of ribbon or string and do the same thing. After marking the size, measure the ribbon/string against a ruler to get your desired fit.
E.g. Belle’s wrist size is a little over 6 inches so she wears Medium bracelets for a comfortable fit.
