Our loyalty program is totally FREE! We do it to say 'THANK YOU' to our amazing customers!
✧ How Do I Earn Points?
• Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend at The Zen Zone Co (you must be logged in to your account before checkout to earn points on purchases).
• Earn 25 points for liking us on Facebook.
• Earn 25 points for following us on Instagram.
✧ Is There A Limit To How Many Points I Can Earn?
There is NO LIMIT! Collect as many points as you please!
✧ How Do I Spend Points?
You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the Rewards tab or launcher. Under the 'Next Reward' section, you can click 'Redeem' and use the slider to increase the reward that you want to claim. Rewards are redeemable in 200 point lots, from a minimum of 1,000 points to a maximum of 2,000 points for each reward. You will then receive a code to input at checkout to receive your discount. Discount codes can only be used on orders over $50 AUD.
✧ Can I Use More Than One Reward At A Time?
Our system only allows you to redeem one reward or coupon at a time during checkout.
✧ Can You Apply The Reward To My Order For Me?
You are the only one with access to the code and it can only be applied by you at checkout via the website. Code must be applied before you complete your purchase and can NOT be applied after.
✧ Do My Points Expire?
NO! There is nothing worse than saving up your points only to realise that your points have expired! We would never do that to you!
✧ Can I Earn Points For Reviewing A Purchase?
No. We want our reviews to be organic, honest and genuine. We will never incentivise anyone to leave a review for our business.
✧ Are My Points Refundable or Reusable?
Our reward points are not refundable. Once they have been used, they cannot be reinstated to your account.
