Pre-Order Policy

We are excited to offer pre-orders for select items. Please review our pre-order policy below:

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock.

By placing a pre-order, you are securing your place in line to receive the item once it becomes available.

Pre-Order Fulfilment

Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. We will make every effort to ship preorders on or before the estimated release date, but please note that release dates are subject to change.

Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items

If you purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item can be fulfilled. We cannot split shipments, so please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to be shipped immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that are close to shipping.

Communication

We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order through email updates. If there are any changes to the release date or availability, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Release dates are subject to change. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, but we are not responsible for delays or changes made by manufacturers or suppliers.
