HOW TO SET INTENTIONS USING YOUR MALA

Using your mala to set intentions is a powerful way to manifest your dreams and achieve your goals.

The first step in setting intentions using your mala is to determine what your goals and dreams are. There are two critical questions you must ask yourself when setting intentions: What do I want? How do I want to feel? Our feelings provide insight into our true desires. When we craft our intentions based on our true desires we start to align with our purpose and things really start to sparkle. Use your feelings as a compass when crafting intentions. Then get clear in your mind about what it is you want and how it is you want to feel.

The second step in setting intentions is to write them down. Once you can clearly visualise your intentions, write them down. Make this a sacred practice. Light some candles, play some mellow music and get cozy. Make sure what you write is clear, concise and written in present tense. For example, instead of saying, "I want to buy my dream car next year" try something like "I am so grateful that I own my dream car - a red Ferrari with white interior. I feel so incredibly happy when I am driving it." When we are clear about what our intentions are and we write them down in present tense, we make them real. We give them power.

Now that you have written down your intentions it is time to open up and share them with the world. When we feel supported, we feel empowered, confident and radiant. You never know who out there can help you manifest your dreams. There's strength in numbers. Don't be shy. Open your heart and share your voice.

Once you've written them down and shared them, surrender your intentions to the universe. Check-in with your intentions regularly, but don't become obsessed with specifics. Trust that the universe has got your back.

Finally, remind yourself daily of your intentions. Develop a dedicated ritual for yourself. Maybe it's a morning meditation or an evening yoga practice. Use this time to practice gratitude and align with your intentions.

Wear your mala during your intention setting process and daily as a reminder of your goals and dreams. Embrace the ritual of adorning yourself with your mala as you manifest your desires each day.
