Although the crystals embedded in our crystal-infused candles add a touch of beauty and elegance, it’s essential to remove them before lighting your candle. This precaution is crucial to ensure your safety and prevent potential damage.

When crystals are left in the candle, they can shift and move around in the hot wax as the candle burns. This movement can cause the wick to become misaligned and move closer to the wall of the candle vessel. As a result, the glass can overheat, potentially causing it to shatter which can damage surfaces and even start a fire.

That’s why we deliberately design our candles without crystals covering the top, and why we stress the importance of removing any crystals before enjoying your candle.
